Highest satisfaction from booking an appointment, drop off, then communication via video sent to my phone from the mechanic, problems solved in a timely manner, finishing up with a pleasant and friendly pick-up. Denzel was a knowledgeable and courteous salesman, not at all pushy as car salesman can be. Terrence took a good hour patiently explaining the dashboard features, much of which was not very familiar to we old folks. Highly recommended.
