Great experience! They sell based on the fixed price model which is really a time saver and stress reducer format. The price was more than fair and the used car was impeccable with waxed delivery, everything working and just plain an all above board transaction. I would highly recommend it and I am going back to have some work done on my other car
We bought a used Porsche from Smith Volvo, traveling from out of state to basically buy a used car sight unseen. While our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, it was really Smith Volvo's partnership with SGS Independent Porsche Care and Nathan's expertise that closed the deal. Nathan had serviced the car for years and was able to provide history and copies of maintenance records that gave me full confidence in the car. When we did run into an issue after driving it home 700 miles, Smith Volvo worked with us to resolve it, even though it was a used car with no formal warrantee. Completely professional and up front organization... highly recommend them for used and new cars!
