Timely appointment was given. I was grateful they brought an issue to me after an inspection of our vehicle and resolved within an hour so I didn’t have to return! Thank you to service manager who spotted my worn break pads as I was getting new tires and oil change! My 2017 Volvo is safe for our return home from Florida ( clean too inside & out ) Excellent customer service property performed!

My experience at Volvo of Naples was probably the best car dealership experience I've ever had. The process was super smooth, quick, and everyone was very nice & patient. There was no one chasing you down on the lot or pressuring you into anything unnecessary. Fritz was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the features on my new Volvo.

It was an amazing experience, I bought a pre owned car sales person (Fritz) behaviour is very kind and nice. Also after sale communication is great they helped me no matter what and they take care after sale too. Lots of place never answer your calls after you bought a car.
