Worked with Matthew at Riley Volvo to have my car serviced and he went above and beyond. I’ve worked with other Volvo dealerships and he absolutely exceeded any expectations I had! He was in constant communication, explained all the work being done and went out of his way to make sure I was set up with a loaner vehicle! Absolutely incredible experience with this Volvo service team. They always set timing expectations appropriately and do a thorough job, clear communication, and help prioritize what needs to be done. They also always help me understand cost (today) and future upcoming costs so I know what to expect. I’ve been going to them for years because I have had the unfortunate experience of being taken advantage of at other locations. I trust them with my life (literally!).
