2027 Volvo XC60 B5 Plus Dark AWD

This was my first visit at Bernardi Volvo for service and it was a great service experience. They were very thorough and I appreciate that you can track your service status on your phone. My advisor was quick and efficient and went through a full report from the tech. Although it was just a software update, I was informed of potential points of service down the line with no pressure or obligation to complete them, rather be educated on the issues. I have also been considering a new car since December and Bernardi has been consistent, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs in my next vehicle, so it was nice to connect in person with Scott. When the right car comes along, I will not have any hesitation with working with the Bernardi team.
