The guys here at Weimer CDJR are a fantastic bunch! I inquired about ordering a Jeep, they were willing to meet with me on a Saturday. My Jeep was ordered, brought in, and I took it home 28 days later! Everything was ready to go when I went in to pick up, all I had to do was sign! Chuck was there along the way, and still continues to check in on me even months later! I would recommend these guys again and again to someone! Thanks for making my purchase as easy as it could get!
My experience is with the service and parts staff. They have been very professional and happily all repairs have been made correctly on the 1st go around. My only issue is not the dealerships fault; but is the fault of Ram who produced a defective transmission which has been confirmed by service but because I have no stored codes Ram will not replace or repair it.
Got my Ram worked on at Weimer and received great service from JR and the automotive technicians. Would definitely recommend Weimer for others needing work done.
