2024 Dodge Hornet 1.3 R/T Plus eAWD

Went in for service with my boyfriend and we met our new advisor Jose Solis aka Joe and he was great. New staff in the place really changing the atmosphere. He answered all our questions about our car and went over every detail with us. We will be definitely be coming back and found our forever advisor!

I just want to give a shout out to Armando Fuster! He helped me from start to finish and he was amazing. Very easy to work with, honest, nice, caring, and helpful. He made it so easy for me to get a new car. I highly recommend him and this dealership. I will be buying my next car here as well.

Got to drop my Jeep for a new steering gearbox. Jose Cruz was amazing. Very professional, punctual, great experience overall! Also James manager was very helpful and provided me with a loaner car until my Jeep got repaired. Pierre the mechanic is awesome. 25 years experience definitely the best! He explained me everything detailed. Shakira however was terrible. She said she has ordered a part for my Jeep. Went there next morning 1 hour drive from Miami Beach. Part was nowhere. I wasted all my time and gas driving there. At least she could have given me a call.
