Went to have a factory update on my Alfa Giulia 2018 (software update) and to fine tune the hood release, which was a tad too tight. Was taken care off promptly (I had an appointment), and the car was ready within the hour. No grease spots were found on the car, and the service manager, David, was courteous and professional.
