2025 Alfa Romeo Tonale 2.0 Intensa

Just got my first car here, an used alfa romeo, truely a dream come true. Shout out to Dustin for being an amazing salesman, always patient and attentive. The whole process was very smooth, except some issues I had with my bank (my own fault), but Dustin ran back and forth 3 times with me and got it fixed. Definately left a very good impression to me how this place treat their customers.

For a dealer I’ve never dealt with before. Ron Lewis Alfa Romeo treated me well. Specifically salesman Terrence and sales manager John. John looked at the details of my trade-in in ways that most dealers don’t. He took into account that I maintained the frame of the truck so it was still solid the whole way. He tried to give me the best offer he could. He was a grand under my pay off at first but when I told him I wanted to pay my current vehicle off he offered to split the difference of mine and his offer on my trade. Terrence seemed like an upfront saleman that wasn’t out to get your money by being pushy or sugar coating like some salesman do. Only thing I wish about the truck i just purchased is that it was certified.

I just bought my first Alfa Romeo from Ron Lewis, the Giulia. It’s been a dream of mine since I was a child. Jim Widlicka was my Salesman and what a great job he did. I had many questions over a week long period as I was trying to make my final decision, Jim was patient, always got an answer for me, and easy to work with. A true Professional.
