We bought our car several months ago. It was one of the easiest buying experiences we've had. Follow up after the sale has been excellent. Took the car in for routine maintenance and requested a loaner. They unexpectedly had a loaner not returned and therefore we were without vehicle. They were willing to pay for a rental or offered to pick up the car (an hour away) then return it in order to complete the service another day. We declined and decided to just hang out the 4hrs the service was expected to take. We were also given vouchers for food and drink at a nice place across the street while we waited. When our vehicle was finished, we were given a credit of the bill due to the wait time and inconvenience. This dealership goes out of its way to support their sales and service. We couldn't be happier.
