The customer service I received at Jim Butler Maserati was better than any I'd received at any car dealership in Texas or Missouri, and I've been buying cars for over forty years. It was quite different than going to a Ford or Hyundai dealership. I bought a used car that I'd spent months looking for. We went for a test drive immediately. When we got back, we negotiated a deal. I spent less than three hours and bought the car of my dreams.

I recently bought a used 2020 Buick Encore from this location. My husband and I also bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado from the Fenton location a couple of years ago. We couldn’t be happier with our choices and the teams at both locations. We found our vehicles online , then went to locations to test drive, and both times we ended up buying on the spot. Both vehicles were in wonderful condition, and practical prices. Our sales guys, Steve at Jim Butler Chevrolet, and Joe at Jim Butler Maserati were fantastic. So helpful and attentive to our needs. If I could give higher stars I would! This place goes out of their way for customers! Most dealerships are great until you hand over the money then your forgotten about. Jim Butler takes care of you before, during and AFTER the sale! We purchased a used car there that had a couple of issues arise that neither of us knew about until after the sale and a couple of months later. Jim Butler Maserati took care of the issues at no cost to us and even delivered the car back to us 2 hours away! Something they absolutely did not have to do and I am sure most dealerships would not have. We will definitely give them our future business as we know they will take care of us even months after the sale! Thank you, Jim Butler Maserati!
