So providing this feedback to those seriously interested in these beautiful vehicles. I am establishing a relationship with this dealership and I can say that they’re professional, reassuring, helpful, and kind. I met Caleb, John, Chase, Terry and if there’s anyone I mistakenly left out there I’ll update this rating in the future. I can say this- Lam Austin is welcome to introduce anyone who wants to speak with a neutral party. I would vouch for them without bias. Best of luck shopping and maintaining your car!
I had a great time, talking cars and learned a lot about the Lamborghini history and what makes them special went for a nice test drive and now I have choices to make regarding what car I’m going to get for my boys
I worked with Nick Swenson at this dealership. He was fantastic. We negotiated a sale over the phone from Phoenix. He quoted prices and sent me details. After some discussion, we arrived at a price that was acceptable to both of us. He sent me a contract sheet with all of the costs outlined and the agreed to final price. At that point, I arranged a flight to Austin to complete the contract. I was a little apprehensive, when I arrived at the dealership the next day. I have bought many cars in my life, and the experiences have never been pleasant. This deal seemed too clean. I was prepared to be passed on to the sales manager, finance manager, etc., and be pressed for additional fees or price negotiations. When I arrived at the dealership, they lead me to Nick's office. He greeted me, showed me the car, and let me test drive it. When we returned to his office he asked me if we had a deal. He gave me a new copy of the contract with the exact same pricing we had agreed on. He started pulling documents for signature, and we completed the agreement. There were no sales managers, finance managers, or other delays. It took me longer to transfer money than it did to complete the sale. When the finance arrangements were complete, he handed me the key fobs and the manual. He lead me out to the car and told me to drive safely back to Phoenix, but to also have some fun. This was the cleanest, most straightforward car transaction I have ever completed. Thanks, Nick.
