This being my first Lamborghini and not knowing a lot of things about it, he was able to navigate me through the process and was super informative and patient with me when I had questions for my visit. Upon delivery of my car to his dealer, I got photos of safe arrival. He sent me photos and video during diagnosis and always kept me in the loop when they were working on the car. He was always transparent and I never felt like he was taking advantage of me (when getting quotes) just because I had an expensive car. In terms of working on the car, they were super fast and I always felt a priority. Even on busy days. And when it was all said and done, he sent me photos with the car being loaded for transportation. Ben and his team are second to none.
