He was understanding and helped with any questions I needed answers to. He tried his best to get me the best deal possible. Even in the midst of me setting my eyes on my Toyota Camry he tried to find me what I was originally looking for which was a lot cheaper than the Toyota I end up getting. That was respect. He didn’t try to push me onto another vehicle that was at a higher price. He truly cares about his customers! Dealing with other dealerships I felt like a number. Here at Eddys Chevrolet Cadillac I felt like family. I’ve learned so much about purchasing my first brand new car off the lot. Everyone here is amazing! Super friendly, sweet, and attentive! Treat them how you want to be treated. Be patient, kind and understanding. I know it can be hard at times being in a place for a long period of time trying to get things processed but just know you are in good hands. I absolutely love my new car! We brought our car in for a humming in the front end. They got us in promptly. Issue was supposed to be repaired. After coming home,we noticed an oil leak on the floor of the garage. Again they were able to get us in after the weekend. Wife was given a loaner car, as the original part installed failed. Gary was nice about everything and we were not charged for the failed part or labor. Just the inconvenience of having to return for something that ,should have been caught before leaving the first time. Great customer service though.

Drove almost 2 hours to get an oil change & tire rotation on our 2023 Equinox & while there we had decided to just look around to see what was available. My husband & I had been discussing getting a Camaro & just was curious what it would take to get into one. As we were looking around a Salesman named Garrod asked if he could be of assistance to us. We told him our situation & exactly what we were looking for then offered to crunch some numbers, I mean all they could say is no, right… Numbers could have worked for us but he was able to get us into a Brand New 2023 LT1 RS Camaro! Never thought I’d ever afford to make that purchase but with some number crunching and discussing our options he made it work!!! This Salesman was Very Professional, easy to talk to & made not only 1 but 2 ppls Dreams come true tonight! We went for an oil change and returned home with our now Black Betty! I’m so in Love with this Beauty & so is my husband. It is a Muscle Dream car of his & our sons!!! It was DEFINITELY a ???? % WIN SITUATION!! We are Super Happy Garrod approached us when he did…. We can’t Thank him enough!!! Great Salesman & we will be back!!!
