You see the other five star reviews? That’s no bs or anti-Toyota propaganda. Dude is legit. Honda Corp is lucky to have him and really his effort would be better used to help all mankind instead of some clueless Civic owners. In an insincere world Dave really did make you feel human and that the inconvenience of getting a car worked on might be a 1st world problem but it’s still a problem and one he intends to resolve. Customer service is not dead so long as Dave is alive.
