2024 Acura Integra A-Spec with Tech Package

I bought a used Tahoe from this dealership in December of 2023 and had an amazing experience! My sales associate Mika and her manager Clayton gave me the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mika was attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I live 4 hours from the dealership which made everything more difficult, but Mika made me personalized videos walking through the vehicle and answering my questions. The dedication and care was very impressive. Once there, the test drive, negotiation, and sale portion of the purchase were seamless. Their prices are very good and they are a haggle-free dealership, so the entire experience was friendly and simple. I noticed some cosmetic damage the next day that wasn’t disclosed to me (it was a rainy day, so I didn’t inspect the exterior very closely). I reached out to them to let them know that I was disappointed that this was either missed during their rigorous inspection, or they neglected to disclose it to me when I asked about any damage to the vehicle. Their response was incredible! It turned out that the car was hit in their parking lot after the inspection and no one noticed the damage (it was minor). They bent over backwards to make it right. I have never been more impressed by a business. Truly a beacon of honesty and integrity.

By the Grace of God,....I purchased my first ever red Jaguar XE in 2017,....my 2nd red Jaguar F-pace in 2020,....and because of ALL the great service from my advisor Charles Bacs and sales Rep Mika,...that makes me feel like family,....I just purchased my 3rd Jaguar F-Pace Dynamic 2024 and I love it. Hats off to Jaguar VB,....Love you guys. May God continue to bless this business 10 fold.
