2005 Acura TL 3.2 5AT Navigation System

My husband and I purchased our first car here and they made our experience wonderful. Arslan helped us through the whole process and provide us with different payment options, suggestions, and was very honest about the vehicle and warranty. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable and satisfied. The price that they advertised on their inventory was what we have to pay and they will tell you if there is any extra fees from purchasing using debit/credit card or taxes. The cars were also well maintained and kept clean. Overall, we had a great experience dealing with Chicago Motors Direct and would highly recommend getting your car from them!

I was a client looking to buy my first car and after doing my research on the model, makes, prices, miles, dealerships, and all else I finally zoned in on a nice salsa red Beetle they had for sale. As first car purchase experiences go, I was a little nervous and prepared for being oversold or the dealer not being honest with any problems or details we might know about it but that was not the case at all! All staff went above and beyond to ensure I and the person I went with knew every detail of the Beetle we were looking at down from the work they've done to it and the cost to maintain it. Very accommodating too as I've forgotten to make an appointment to come in but they let us in without one anyways. Even down to the day to pick up the car they stayed an hour past closing as we were running late and did so with a smile and any other questions we had answered. The car itself was very clean, well kept and at a fair price; a surprise to me considering how beetles with higher mileage at a certain price often are in rougher shape. The only fix needed was it's headlights which they replaced within days of interest and was able to pick it up not three days later. It's been about a month since purchase and there has been no problems at all with my little salsa red beetle! Im very happy with my overall experience and I'd recommend anyone buying their first car or otherwise to definitely consider Chicago Motors Direct! : )

I had a great experience. A small honest family business. I've dealt with so many sleazy car salesmen and crooks, but these guys are awesome, perfect price, great condition on used cars and very open and honest service. I've bought 2 cars from them (audi and mercedes) so far and he went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me with the process. Would definitely recommend these guys!
