Who likes buying a car?! Me either until my experience at Hyundai North Charleston. After driving 4hrs back from a work trip I decided to swing by to test drive a vehicle on way home and from the moment I got out of vehicle I was pleasantly surprised. There weren’t pushy salesmen stealing my keys to hold for ransom, overzealous sales tricks, or pressure. Isiah welcomed me in, took time to understand what my needs were and we explored options together. Upon leaving to head home the sales manager, Abe took time to come introduce himself and see if there was anything he could assist with. Since I had a long drive before this I was ready to go home and then think about next move and decide if Hyundai was the right vehicle for me. There was ZERO pressure forcing me to buy now which earned my trust and respect for making the decision right for me. Both employees took time to follow up with me to see if I had made a decision and we’re dedicated to finding the car I decided I had to have. The color combination I wanted wasn’t available locally and they went out of their way to make it happen. Can’t say enough good things. When it comes to buying a car they have earned my loyalty. 100% that employees make or break the customer experience, I will keep Isiah and Abe’s info handy for long term use!

Lease review: I absolutely HATE going to car dealerships. Always there for hours and lots of back and forth, so the day my husband and I went to test drive a Palisade, I was honestly dreading it. Upon arrival though, I was pleasantly surprised! Jasmine greeted us and was very warm and welcoming. We told her we were just coming to test drive and she answered all our questions we had regarding the vehicle. After driving, we fell in love with the SUV so decided to see if we could make a deal. The process was effortless! We let her know our budget ahead of time and were not wanting to go through the whole back and forth. That is where TJ came in. Great sales manager and very nice! He understood where we needed to be budget wise and worked his magic without all the hassle! The easiest car experience I have had. Even James in finance made it a smooth in and out process without being pushy on any extras. They really respected our strict budget and we appreciated that. We did have to bring the Palisade back because it needed to have the inspection done from being in shipping mode, but they got me in and out within an hour and no issues. Thanks for such a great experience!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 6 back in June. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My salesman even gave me his cell number and told me to text or call him if I ever had any questions about my car. On a quality level, I had no idea how awesome Hyundai cars are. It seems like no matter which car you get, the technology and luxury seem to span across all trim levels. Hyundai makes a damn good car.
