Great job. I appreciate the service writer's efforts to ensure the proper maintenance was done and his efforts to make sure that I was aware of the costs and options. I couldn't pick up the car during service hours, so they arranged for me to pick it up from sales the next day. This accommodation was very much appreciated. I'll come back for the next, more complex service, for sure.
