This review is long overdue. My most recent experience at this dealership in the service dept was wonderful. Josh Grissom was exceptional and made sure all of my concerns were taken care of and he kept in constant contact with me. He even walked over to Costco to help jump my husbands battery when it died in the parking lot. I would also like to mention Autumn over at the express lanes. I originally schedule a quick service but when she saw my note about my check engine coming on, she proactively set me up to work with Josh so, when I arrived, she walked me over to the main service center and already had everything set up for me. This is the first time I have had such a great experience here which, in way is disappointing because for a luxury brand, I would expect exceptional service every single time I visit. This dealership needs more employees like Josh and Autumn. Thank you to both of them!

I would like to thank the mechanic in service (parts) Josh for being a stellar team player and going ABOVE and BEYOND for my newly purchased GMC. It was a bitter sweet moment purchasing this truck however when the time came for servicing Josh ensured I was cared for going above and beyond to consult with his superior regarding my situation which ultimately helped me in the end.
