2021 Acura TLX 2.0 Auto Technology Package

Great experience at University Volvo when I took delivery of my Polestar 2. Pure professionalism at every level. John at the polestar space called me the day before delivery to insure a smooth experience. Jeff and Daniel were great at the showroom, and Matt gave my a thorough walk through of the vehicle and its features. We sat in the vehicle for over an hour as Matt demonstrated the set up and control of the Polestar 2’s functions and helped set up the Polestar app in my iPhone, which is now my primary key to the vehicle. Any hesitation with my first EV purchase is a thing of the past. I drove off the lot in complete confidence, charged for the first time at a Tesla supercharger equipped with a magic dock and am absolutely thrilled with my Polestar 2.

University Volvo is an amazing dealership. I live North of Winston-Salem. he local dealership did not have any certified preowned vehicles. They were willing to have them certified if you paid over $1,000 dollars and it isn't even a real certification that all Volvo dealerships would honor. I checked every other dealership and University Volvo was the only one who had a 2024 S60 that was certified and a very good price. I spoke with Jason several times over a few days while trying to see when I could make the 1 1/2 hour trip to them. Super easy going and no pressure salesman. I was approved ahead of time so when I finally made it, it was a very easy process. Everyone was nice at the dealership and it is a very nice building. Car was cleaned and ready to go. Thanks to Jason and co, I had a very easy experience. I was given no pressure options to add on warranties and whatnot if I wanted and appreciated them not pushing like other dealers do. I personally think its worth the drive if you live in NC and looking for a Volvo.

We were shopping around for V60 Recharged, and setup an appointment with Mallory Cullison in late afternoon, 30 mins before the dealer’s closing time. Mallory waited for us and was willing to listen to what we’re looking for. She didn’t waste our time and we agreed on the vehicle out the door cash price in less than 20 mins. Done deal! The following morning Daniel Lechner from Finance department reached out to educate me on the special lease to purchase program that will reduce our out of pocket significantly. Win-win for everyone and we agreed on the date/time to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately hurricane Helene caused delays in our accessories shipment so we picked up the vehicle without them (to be delivered in a few days). All the paperwork was already prepared when we arrived and closing/signing was done in less than 15 mins. Emily Goodman and Mallory both are very knowledgeable with the vehicle, the infotainment systems and walked me through the entire setup. Could not be happier with the experience!
