We went in for an oil change appointment and Adrian Lewis helped us right away. He advised we were due for the 60K mile checkup. He noted they would pay for a rent-a-car and showed us the options for the services provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as, kind, considerate, and straightforward. He called later that day to confirm all was on track for our pickup the next day. We had a very smooth experience and were very happy with the interaction. The service was awesome and the staff were friendly and professional . I had a recall that was required for my car to be registered again and they got me in fast even though the part was difficult to obtain. The manufacturer was not producing many and making it difficult for owners to get timely service. Thank you guys for prioritizing this and expediting the recall service. I would definitely go back .
