2015 Honda Civic LX CVT

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A USED CAR!!! I made a first purchase from guy name Kay 5 years ago and always comes back to him. I had very bad credit back then but he found a way to get me finance a beautiful Honda. It had a little issue with starter after few weeks but he took care of it without asking any question!! Kay is the man!

I didn't end up buying a car from them, but let me tell you about how honest they are! I put down a deposit ($5000) on a Toyota Corolla and as I drove home, I was searching around online at the year and read something about the Takata recall. Major because it's an issue with the front passenger side seat airbag! (Admittedly after a small panic) I called Kay and explained to him how it didn't work for me to have a recall with no known solution from Toyota because of the safety and the fact that I drive a ton with clients in the car for work. He was very understanding and told me to come back whenever I'd like and he'd get my money back for me. I arrived and he assured me that he understood why I wasn't going to take the car and I got my money back no problem! I'm grateful he didn't make the recall that was neither parties fault an issue. I ended up buying somewhere else, but am definitely keeping Union Auto Group on speed dial for any repairs!
