2012 Honda Civic LX Auto

Just bought my third car from palm tree auto. They always make the buying process so easy and have a great selection of cars!! Never had any issues and have nothing but positive things to say about them!! Forget those big new car stores go to palm tree auto sales and get treated right!

Great experience with Palm Tree Auto. We dealt with Dan, not a pushy salesperson listens to the customer and tries to find the right car suited for them. Very transparent, patient, allowed us time to have the vehicle inspected by our own mechanic and provided great advice in terms of financing (recommended not only to use our own bank but even recommended from his experience which one would offer the best interest rate!). Dan found us a Great car at a Great price unfortunately we didn’t go forward with the deal after examining our own situation and realized it wasn’t the right financial decision for us at this time. However we will be back when we’re ready to make our next auto purchase. Thanks for a Great customer service experience! John & Debbie B.

Palm tree Auto are great, I had trouble with my vehicle brought it in, they diagnosed it then fixed it, 2 weeks later my car started doing the same thing, we brought it back again, they then fixed it again, took my car home again my light came back on and did it again, the third run around they were probably as fed up with this car as we were, they again diagnosed it and fixed it free of charge, as they wanted to make it right, so far my car is running smoothly, they didn't give is a run around excuses or turn us away, they did all they could to get to the bottom of the issue and made it right. We appreciate all thier hard work and understanding, if I have issues in the future we will for sure be bring the car back to them. They remained professional through the whole process.
