My family and I had a great experience overall with the process of purchasing the car we wanted. We have a large family and Pablo went above and beyond to bring the vehicle to us because we had limited time to get over to the dealership. He went above and beyond and hand delivered floor mats that arrived after since we were heading out of town. That was very much appreciated. The process was quick and seamless. They were able to provide a solid car and deal overall. I would definitely recommend this dealership location again.

I would send anyone to gates! I had the best experience with gates. Mike was super helpful and found me the right vehicle for me and my needs. Everyone is super nice and very friendly. They treat you like family. They definitely are the best dealership I have ever walked into. I bought a 2017 Ford escape titanium with low mileage. After having a horrible experience at Hyundai in Michigan city they wanted to sell me a 2016 jeep Cherokee with no remote start and no amenities what so ever in the vehicle and would not work with me at all. But when I went to gates they turned my whole experience of looking for a vehicle around. They go above and beyond for you. Thanks gates for everything I will definitely go back even to trade in.!
