I recently purchased a new Nissan and visited for service. The dealership was very clean, the staff friendly . The waiting area has some refreshments n a TV . My only suggestion is that someone needs to do a bit more follow up as some of the remote scheduling seems to require a review from the staff. They washed my car which was an added plus !
Overall experience was good. Jordan was my sales consultant and he was super helpful and accommodating. They didn’t have the model truck I was looking for, but they personally went to pick it up from one of their other dealerships and bring it back so I could check it out. The negotiation process was also pretty painless and they met me at the price I requested. Overall very satisfied with the new Frontier and the experience. Would recommend this dealership.
