2013 Honda Civic EX Auto

I recently purchased a Lexus ES 350 from the gentleman at r and a auto on further inspection of the car. There was one thing that needed to be replaced and Mike had no issue doing so my vehicle needed new dustpans behind the rotors a pretty tedious job that left the car, making some squeaking noises after the fact, Mike notified me of this issue and ask to keep the car for another day to give it an extreme attention to Detail, a couple days after having the car, it was still making the squeaking noise (Things happen) Not only offered to take the car back in and to look at the problem, but offered me a loaner car in the meantime. This is not only a class act dealership, but honest and reputable, one who is willing to make things right, a breath of fresh air in the industry of used cars.
