I purchased a used 2017 Audi Q5 and live in Ohio so my purchase was online and car unseen but it arrived in pristine condition and better than it showed online! The entire sales team was professional and kept me up to date during the process. The transportation company was unfortunately not that great but no reflection on Merit.
