First of all, I found the car I was looking for and I am also going to mention the excellent service that those who work in the sales area gave me, a young man (Israel G.) who was very patient in doing and explaining things to me about the car and also the who does the math and also his manager, it is worth saying, found ways for me to accommodate what I needed to take the car. They are all very professional in what they do and have very good character! For my part so far they only have good comments and I recommend them for that.

This was a last minute decision to go to the dealership. I inquired late this afternoon, about test driving and was told to come in. I got there around 4:30pm, (closing time is 5pm). Everyone who assisted me was professional and caring. From the gentlemen who attended me when I first got there (sorry I didn't ask the name), to the specialist and manager team (Rolando, Stephen and Paulo), who helped me make my decision come true. They were all very nice and did not put pressure on me. Thank you so much for all you did. I am grateful and happy about the experience and I appreciate that they stayed late.

Lucas was my service advisor; he was professional, courteous, and responsive. He patiently explained the various procedures so that I could understand them. I waited comfortably in the lounge while the work was being done (approx 2 hours). Overall experience - excellent.
