Our car-buying journey with Jun at Piazza Honda was exceptional. Although the specific vehicle we had in mind wasn't available on the lot, Jun swiftly took charge of the situation. To make matters more complex we urgently needed the car within the next 3 days. Jun didn't hesitate to reach out to neighboring dealerships to locate our desired model. After persistent efforts, he successfully tracked down the car, which happened to be 30 minutes away. Rather than delegating the task, Jun personally traveled to the dealer himself to ensure its swift transfer, prioritizing our time and convenience. While waiting for the car transfer, we obviously had a bit of waiting to do. However, the other staff members regularly checked in on us, offering refreshments and kept us informed with timely updates regarding the delivery process.
