Anton, Elias, and Penny are all amazing!! Anton sold me my car today and was super willing to help. He was very kind and was willing to show me different cars if I wanted to compare to the one I ended up with. He is very personable and genuine. So glad he was able to help us today. Elias also helped us get a great deal with Anton and was very nice as well! You can tell these two really wanted to help us get a great price and I appreciate their willingness to work with us. Penny kept us company while we waited on some paperwork and was so fun to talk to. She seems to be a large part of the great attitude of others who work there. There was also a nice gentleman who helped me set up the apple car play before we left but I didn't catch his name. Overall, this was a really great experience and I'm so glad we ended up going in today.
Came in for an oil change, walk out with 2 brand new cars!! Thanx to Jennifer, whom as very presistent and very motivated!! Had a great deal and happy to be driving our dream cars. I’ll post other pics later!! Ya’lol need to see her, come by to Toyota south Atlanta!
My daughter is finishing up clinical work for college at a hospital an hour outside Atlanta. She’s 22 and thousands of miles away from home and anyone who can help her. She brought her car to the dealership after a rock shattered the sunroof and flew home for a week. The long story short they were not able to fix it due to back ordered parts. The service they provided from there is nothing short of AMAZING. Duane from service was in contact with us every step of the way. He didn’t charge us for the diagnostic work and arranged for her car to be picked up on a Sunday when the service shop was closed. Then of course her flight was delayed and my husband reached out for help. Barry (a father of young adults as well) stayed late to wait for her so she could get the key and her car and ensure she wasn’t stranded. Called us to let us know she was safe, refused a tip and just asked us to pay it forward. I can’t say I’ve ever received such kind, generous, honest and all around amazing service. For people who literally didn’t give any business to the dealership to do this for us, I don’t have words. I can’t thank or recommend them enough.
