The determining factor by which I went to Autonation Honda Dulles was because of Steven Castillo. I had an offer in Maryland with MileOne Autogroup; however, no one gave me the experience Steve did. I told Steven what I needed and he met my expectations of what type of car I wanted and the price range I was looking for. Steven Castillo was prompt, attentive, and sent me pictures of the vehicle along with the time he was available. I had a cashiers check ready for the other dealership; yet, I turned them down since they didn't follow through with what they told me they would do. Steven is the soul factor I ended up going to Autonation. I want everyone in this location to know Steven is very professional and attentive. Due to his customer service, I will be purchasing a Honda Pilot when I go back.
Went to buy a cheap, used car, as is, no warranty. Told at signing with cash that car wouldn't be ready due to small issue. Frustrated at first, then realized they could've just waved goodbye knowing about the issue...to me this means they actually do fully inspect each and every car to get it to their quality standard. Waited 2 days. Worth the wait and will return next time a kiddo needs a good cheap used car. Earned trust! Update: Went back and bought another older, used car. Still just as happy with them--their staff worked hard to treat my purchase of a 2008 Honda CRV as important as the purchase of one of their newer cars. I'm pleased with their quality and service, and will return when it's time to spend the big bucks for a nicer ride, without young drivers at home.
