I recently had the pleasure of looking for a used car at Russ Darrow Honda, and I must say that my experience with the salesman, Spencer Foster, was exceptionally positive. From the moment I walked onto the lot, he greeted me warmly and showed a genuine interest in understanding my needs and preferences. Mr. Foster was incredibly knowledgeable about the various cars on the lot and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. What impressed me most was his transparency. He openly shared information about the car's history, any previous issues. This level of honesty was a breath of fresh air compared to the stereotypical image of pushy sales tactics. Throughout the negotiation process, Spencer was fair and reasonable. He worked with me to find a price that both met my budget and reflected the value of the car. There was no high-pressure salesmanship, and he was genuinely focused on ensuring I felt comfortable with the decision. Unfortunately, I found a better deal and interest rate at another dealership, something that was completely out of his control. My experience with Mr. Foster was a positive deviation from the stereotypes associated with used car salesmen. His honesty, knowledge, and customer-centric approach made the entire buying process enjoyable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a used car.
