2004 Dodge Neon SXT 1 owner. Only 76k miles. Runs and drives well. Would make a good first car or daily driver. Paint isnt the best but its still a decent car overall. Has a REBUILT title from 2014 however the owner kept it until 2025. Priced at only $3900. I dont offer financing, however I will work with any lender of your choice. I am a 1 man operation. Im not always at the lot, but I try to work to your schedule. Most prices on my cars are firm as I dont charge any doc fees or have a large mark up. You only have to pay tag, tax, and title fees. Test drove locally and they added almost $1000 in fees. I drove 2.5 hours to buy from Mr. Chester because he doesn't add all those hidden fees. I ended up getting a newer version of the car I wanted, with less mileage for a lower price. Mr. Chester is very easy to work with and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
