2005 Dodge Neon SXT

Great staff and best experience I have had at any dealership in the past. I recommend all new soldiers coming to ft hood looking for a first car or just something different to at least check their first they had a variety. They really take care of you there and aren’t trying to rip you off like many other places I have seen or visited and they don’t try to pressure you into something you don’t want like other places I have been. Love my new used car and great price to thanks guys.

This is a highly unusual review but a well deserved one. I got a call from the mortuary that cremated my father a couple of years prior. They had gotten a call from Thrifty about finding the urn containing my father's ashes inside of a car they had bought at auction. They easily could have thrown them away but they didn't. Instead they went through the efforts of keeping him safe and getting ahold of the mortuary that had cremated him to help get him home. They were kind enough to ship him to me without asking reimbursement too. I have no idea what had to happen for that urn to end up in a car like that as I didn't have the urn initially but I'm very grateful for the hearts of those working there in helping get my dad home. Thank you again for your kindness!

I was there for a u-haul trailer which takes time away from their main business. You wouldn’t know it, incredibly personable people working there, great customer service, and the owner let me use his dolly because they were out. Anything in their wheelhouse I would trust them.
