I had an appointment for service. The service was done promptly and in a reasonable time frame. The staff were very courteous and the waiting area was clean with refreshments. MB also pointed out some issues with my car that I was unaware of and even provided a video from the mechanic explaining everything. This was the first time I'd seen that and it was very nice. I feel confident about the assessment of the vehicle and will be back for more service in the future.

We just had the best dealership experience ever purchasing our 2011 E350 from Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach. I’ve been searching for 6 months to find a white E Class Sedan and as I was shopping on Car Gurus I came across this one and when I saw that it had a dark brown interior I couldn’t call fast enough to check availability. I asked for a seasoned MB professional on the phone and was gifted working with Jay, a few questions later we placed a deposit and were traveling the five hours to touch it in person. The following day. Upon arrival Jay had it ready for the most discerning buyer and welcomed having it gone over with my fine tooth comb and it passed with flying colors. In short time we were visiting with F and I, which again was a flawless experience and we were on the road. In short we purchased a car that was perfectly represented with low miles for a very reasonable price, but the best thing was we purchased it from the servicing dealership where it was traded in without any of the hassles and up selling that dealerships are known for. It gets better, every employee we came in contact with at Mercedes of Daytona Beach treated us like family. Friendly, fair and concerned about our purchase.
