I will say one of the best and most painless purchases I have made in a few years! I was there right at 8 when they opened and they all try to make you feel right at home and are making the right decision on the vehicle you purchase. Gary Fatato was the salesman that showed me the trucks I was interested in. He had all the patience with me going back and forth about what I wanted to do. I did not once feel pressured as you so often do at most car lots. They let me handle everything I needed to on my end to make sure I was making the right decision. Walking onto a car lot to buy your first car can be so scary! Mel made it an amazing experience! She even went out of her way to allow my fiancé and I to come over several days because of our crazy schedules! We appreciate everything she did and will always recommend her by name!
Mel walked out the door as soon as we stepped on gravel to introduce herself. My husband has passed by the area many times for work and has always seen a large selection. I wasn’t sure at first and it was a “must” have not a want to buy something newer. We had unfortunately had our last ride with our Chevy. Anyways, Mel was easy to speak with, listened to everything we had to say and, like other sales rep, didn’t show us anything that was over budget.
