I had a very positive experience here. I had my eye on a 2020 Challenger with the options I wanted so I called ahead, and I was told to meet with Marcus the Mopar specialist when I arrived. Marcus was busy when I arrived, so I was helped by Adrian. Adrian pointed out several features of the car and gave me a test drive. I was surprised to learn that this was Adrian’s second day working at the dealership as he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I gave Adrian my terms for a deal and he passed this on to the finance guy Fred. Adrian remained with me throughout the process as Fred crunched the numbers. In the end, they accepted my offer and even gave me a better interest rate than my credit union. Everyone I dealt with at Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was welcoming, friendly and very professional. I left there feeling I was treated with respect and as a valued customer.
