Tem was a great guy. Easiest car purchasing experience ever. It is so hard to find genuinely nice, honest people in the used car industry these days, but he was so relatable and kind. They don't buy or sell junk. Clean cars at good prices. I will be recommending Colorado Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a clean dependable used car. Adding to initial post - When we got the car home we noticed the car was throwing an error code. I reached out to Hatem and explained the situation. He walked me through the possible issues and then proceeded to come pick up the vehicle from my house at 11pm! He got back to me the very next morning with the issue diagnosed by his mechanic. Given this was a Sunday, his parts dealer was closed and was not able to get the replacement part. Monday morning he reached out to me and told me the part was in and that his mechanic would have it replaced within the hour. To top it all off, he dropped the car back off at my house. He ran the OBD with me in my driveway just to ease my mind and confirm that the issue was in fact corrected. This is the definition of going above and beyond for your customers!
