2000 Dodge Dakota SLT QUAD CAB

I give this dealership a 5/5 star review. This was my first time ever buying my own car. I ended up financing this beauty right here. Jason - definitely ask for him. He’s so kind and very thoughtful of your time and patience. My mom and I were able to test drive it, took it down the road and back and Jason allowed us to take it without a sales associate. So the privacy of talking and deciding rather or not I liked the vehicle was nice to encounter. He was very helpful with explaining every detail about the car & even gave me money off of the original price. I definitely would come back to them. I’ve had my car for about three days now and there hasn’t been any issues. I know when I test drove it, I did notice the back vents were blowing cold air when the heater was on in the front - I let Jason know and he immediately said he would have his mechanic look at it asap. I ended up still financing the car and he worked with me and I am heading back next week to get it fixed absolutely free of no charge. If anyone is looking for something that’s affordable & decent in price. I would definitely recommend rnautosales. For this being my first vehicle - and purchasing a vehicle for my first time. Hands down the best customers service I’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle. A few days after buying my dodge Ram I noticed a few problems with the truck. I knew it was a long shot emailing them asking to fix the issues since pre own vehicles are sold as is but to my surprise they called me right away and were more then happy to correct the issues.
