2001 Dodge Ram 1500

I just bought my first car with a loan by myself for the first time from here. Justin and Alec (or Alex) the financial guy worked hard and bent over backwards for me to be able to get approved. They started the minute they opened on 4/29/24 up thru the last second of me getting into it to go home. Justin was even kind enough to drive to Ogallala, pick me up, and go back to the dealership. They knew I was nervous putting the money I saved up to put that amount down cuz then I wouldn't have anything left after getting my tags and registration. Alec (or Alex) hooked me up with 5 years warranty or up to 50k miles. They never pushed me on buying it. They didn't try selling me anything on else. I would recommend them 2 gentlemen to everyone.

On my way back from Moab, Ut to Michigan, I found that my oil filter was leaking. I called from I-80 and talked to Stacy in parts. She had some in stock and had one waiting on the counter for me when I got there. The service manager leant me a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter so I could use my in/lbs torque wrench to properly set it. Super cool place and nice people. Great service for a random jeep owner just passing through.

Got Justin as our salesman. Answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable in everything we asked. He was patient and understanding as it was getting close to getting our kids picked up from school and he let us go get them and when we got back, he also hung out with our child as we were closing our deal. He did a great job working a deal out with us. Also appreciate him working efficiently with us as it was getting up to closing time for the business and didn't rush us out. Thank you so much!
