Recently purchased a used Tesla Model 3 Long Range, and the process was fairly quick and seamless, especially considering that the car only showed up at the shop that morning and I arrived and drove it off the lot all within the afternoon! Not only was this my first time buying a Tesla, it was my first time buying a car. Throughout the process, Justin Konrath was extremely helpful, making sure the car was washed and ready to test drive as soon as I expressed interest in the Tesla, answering questions about the car, charging, and loan, and following up a week later to check in to make sure things are going well with the vehicle.
