2004 Chrysler Crossfire -

I had a recall for my Nissan truck, which I am grateful for that they're responsible for fixing it for free. During the process, they didn't have the right parts for it, and it required me to drive back and forth for the third time. I was upset in the beginning because we lived about 30 minutes away (which was an hour driving and another hour of waiting) for two days. HOWEVER, they took good care of me. The service guy Scott was very helpful and on top. They gave me a free oil change, filled up my gas tank, and a free car wash. NOW I am happy. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for regular maintenance or looking for a vehicle.

This was our first time to buy a car at Dave Wright Nissan. Anthony helped us find what we were looking for! His communication was excellent & he was so personable. He offered us snacks & drinks & made sure we were comfortable. It was such a smooth process from beginning to end. When we got to the dealership, Anthony had the 2 cars we were interested in parked in front & ready for us to test drive. Even before we got there he sent me a narrated video of the nice features of the car. We have never had this type of service before. It was very much appreciated!
