We didn't have an appointment but Jody helped us right when we walked in. He was super nice and chill, not pushy or put too much pressure on us. He showed us a few used cars that was in our price range that we were interested in but Mo persuaded us into a brand new car. Very happy with both Mo and Jody's service. It was really busy so it did take a long while for everything to get done though.
We came in to test drive a used vehicle and Devin was the sales person we worked with. We ended up never test driving the Cadillac, feel in Love with the 2024 Outlander and ended up purchasing it. Devin took care of loan application and all necessary paperwork prior to us coming back to pick up the vehicle. It was seamless and one of my best experiences at a car dealership. I highly recommend North Coast Mitsubishi and definitely Devin who was very knowledgeable, polite and Great to work with!
I had a great experience with a salesman about 10 years ago. It just so happens that he called me out the blue and invited me in to do a couple test drives. Now, I end up seeing something that I liked and because of Sam doing his due diligence to help I was able to get the SUV I always wanted. One of the most intriguing things about it is, he wasn’t trying to just put me in any car.
