I walked in Audi West County and was immediately greeted and assisted by Alex Perez, Alex asked me what I needed, although he couldn’t exactly assist with my needs because I needed assistance with lease information, he immediately walked me over to Booker Wade and introduced us. Booker took over from there and was very pleasant, nice, patient and knowledgeable. Booker answered all my questions and concerns, took me out on a test drive and even explained all vehicle features and functions as I test drove the vehicle.
