UPDATE 3/30/24 The business reached out to me as soon as they saw my concerns and were quick to reach out to me. We both discussed and came to agreement that I was happy with and have settled the matter. I appreciate a business that can make their clients feel heard and feel taken care of. Therefore, I am changing my rating to 5 star. I bought a car (Subaru 2013) at the end of February 2024, and not even a month after I purchased the vehicle I Started to have issues with it. I purchased a warranty from 3Rivers bank. I went back to the dealership to have them check out what was wrong with my car and It turned out to be a sensor issue. Since I just bought the car from them less than one month after having issues, I believe they should have inspected and repaired the car for free. It seems unlikely that they did not know about this issue at all when selling me the car. Since my warranty from the bank does not cover sensors, the dealership still charged me for the service work done. Mind you this is less than a month after purchasing it. I Did express my disappointment that I am still being charged for this service, and their response was to only charge me half the cost. I do appreciate that they did take off some money but feel strongly they should have covered the entire cost. Especially because the part itself was inexpensive and did not require any major work (such as pulling the engine to replace a sensor). No customer would be happy with this outcome in the future and I would like to see them try better next time. I do feel like the workers there were kind and respectful as much as they could be, which is why, as common courtesy to them, it was only fair to give them three stars instead of one. If my experience with them in the future changes, I would be happy to change this rating. In the meantime, I, as a customer of theirs am nervous about what I purchased from them, knowing that I don’t feel like I will be 100% taken care of in the way I should’ve been taken care of with this issue so soon after purchasing a vehicle from them.

I cannot say enough great things about Professional Auto sales!! I contacted them In search for a black badge Rolls Royce Ghost. I have been looking everywhere for one and didn’t have the best experiences with them. I got ahold of Abe and he was super freaked and knowledgeable about these cars. They’re extremely hard to find. Once he located one it was love at first sight. The spec was impeccable and to die for. They have my business for life. Ask for Abe and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Phenomenal experience! I had Abe try to locate a very specific vehicle for my sister in law. It was to be her first car, and I wanted her to have a great experience and not have to worry about being taken advantage of. Before he could even start searching, the exact car she wanted was stumbled upon for sale by a private party. Abe took care of purchasing the vehicle directly from the seller after negotiating a fair price. He then had his service and detail teams go through every inch of the car to make sure she'd be trouble free for many years. He was able to get her financed at an interest rate that was way more attractive than local banks were offering. And the entire process was painless and simple. No complaints from this family!
