Employees were helpful. I was talked into leasing my vehicle. I had difficulty contacting with the finance person Luke. He did not return my phone calls and there was plenty of opportunity for him to reach me. Ezella was my salesperson. She was knowledgeable. She assisted me to link my phone to the car but when we were linking my phone she automatically accepted the Sirius App and I had no intention to have Sirius. That part I did not appreciate. The two finance men gave me different rates to pay for mileage at the end of the 3 years. One was 15 cents, the other 20 cents. Again, not appreciated.

Green Subaru is a wonderful place to buy a car. The salesstaff are friendly and don't use any pressure tactics to rush your decision. They are also very knowledgeable about their cars. Modern cars with their computerized features can be daunting but the sales staff go through each feature and Subaru has other resources (videos, etc) to help you. We would definitely shop here again.

Had a wonderful experience with Devin. My husband totaled his car, and had a certain one in mind in STL. Devin coordinated a trade with the other dealer and a driver to bring it to Springfield. That car happened to get totaled during storms and Devin found another vehicle exactly like that one and had my husband in it in less than 3 days. Wonderful to work with! Process was smooth and simple, still would rather pull a tooth out than buy a car, but they made it hurt less!
