2015 Chrysler 200 Limited

My daughter bought her car from this dealership about a year ago and they are very nice people and her car has always ran smoothly. They take care of their vehicles and have good running cars!

I've very recently moved to Las Vegas from the east coast and urgently needed car help. Due to a lot of unforeseen changes, my credit score just wasn't what it used to be and I felt lost and alone, far from home, I was worried. Still, I was a somewhat weary of trying out a used car lot for the first time. Open Lot Used Car Sales addressed every question and concern I had. Both the people who helped me are very friendly and knowledgeable. That's hard to find in this business! From my first conversation with Betsy (she's an angel), to my follow-up meetings with Carlos (he is so vibrant, the guy is a riot, we were laughing together like old friends) they really put me at ease about the entire process from our first interactions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade-in their cars. Keep up the awesome work! I reeeeaallly wanted that smooth, super cool T-Bird out front, but I decided to stick to my original plan (and needs) so I went with a small SUV. A big special shout out to Carlos and Rae. Good communication and honest from the jump. Quick process and most of all the care and compassion shown was breathtaking. Give them a chance please. When all the others say no, they say YESSS. Again I thank y'all from the bottom of my heart . My vehicle may not seem much to anyone else but it's a miracle and prize for me.
