Don’t judge a book my it’s cover! Meaning when I first starting communication with Muhammad , I was still unsure to go here or keep looking, But after I took the ride to the Joliet location Saturday, I’m here to tell you hands down I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle from anyone else but this dealership! this location! These people ! They went ABOVE and BEYOND! There mechanic , the mechanic that purchased my jeep and did the 360 inspection on it came off another car to literally walk me around every surface of my jeep in the rain , explaining every question and then some about it! I’ve never in all the yrs of buying cars had that extra step taken and appreciated more! From Muhammad , to Mike in sales , to the mechanic , was all around a great experience and more ! We all know that buying a car and a used one at that can take time inside and outside the dealer ship and with much communication had with Muhammad and I’m sure much annoyance from me to him lol - he made the whole thing a good experience! Real talk , to have my son see me smile again and take my pride back into cars after losing much of it when my dad passed spoke volumes! There were laughs , more laughs, some happy tears ( me) , and this is not something we get in life these days! It may not have been the best sale or the best win for them but for me it was and I made sure to let them all know this! Even the title lady went the extra mile to find out a few things that I didn’t even think of!
