Robert Pitt provided phenomenal service when I came in to trade in my old car. He was friendly, down to earth, and very honest with us throughout the entire process. He negotiated a great trade-in value for my car, and was very patient in taking the time to answer all my questions as clearly as he could. He made the entire experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.

This was our first time leasing a car and we had a great experience here. We worked with Rob and there was none of the "slimy car salesman" sense at all. He was very helpful answering our many questions and flexible with negotiating a price that we could afford. He was very patient with us as we took extra time to consider our choices and understood that this was a big financial move for us. I would definitely recommend working with Boston VW and Rob!

Great, quick service. Boston VW has squeezed me in twice now for same day flat tire service in the last year or so and saved me. No questions asked and they charged a reasonable amount. Parts department also answers the phone quickly and was able to tell me details about their in stock tires both times.
